Chat rules and guidelines

We want everyone to have a fun time here, so make sure your chat is clean and respectful.

Here’s what could get you a warning or ban:

• Foul language: No swearing, insults, or racist comments. Don’t argue or try to get around the filter.
• Begging: No asking for chips (real money or Play Money).
• Selling chips: No talk of buying or selling Play Money chips.
• Spamming: No flooding the chat with tons of messages.
• Chat language: Most tables are English-only, but some events might allow other languages. Look for labels to see if that's the case. If you play on the .ES, .FR, .IT, or .PT tables, you can chat in the country's official language.
• Promotion: Don’t use the chat to sell stuff or promote products.
• Malicious stuff: No colluding, scamming or spreading false info. Be a decent human being to others.
• Harassment: Don’t follow players to mess with them or ruin their game. If you see this happening, you can always send us the username and any details.

We check all complaints and take action if we need to. If a reported player is still chatting, they either got a warning or didn’t break any rules.
