Very tough. FREIGHT TRAIN (9) has been racing as if he's looking for more ground this preparation, only beaten two lengths in a slowly run race at Flemington last time out. Like him getting to 2000m now from a good draw. PREFERENTIAL (16) is going well, placing in two runs since a win at Ballarat. She should get a nice run just behind the speed and prove hard to beat. GOLDENSTATEWARRIOR (1) is back in trip from the Adelaide Cup when well backed. Can figure. MUKTAMIL (10) is an each-way hope.
