PAPASITO (3) led early fresh up at Rockhampton and clung on to a nose win over this trip nearly 3 weeks ago. He strips fitter and gets to remain in the same grade. The extra 2kg should not be enough to stop him from making it 2 wins on the bounce. UPSTART LEGEND (4) could only manage to finish third in a 5 horse field at Bowen last time out and can sometimes struggle to see out any distances beyond 1200m. He is much better placed in this, and only needs some cut in the track to go close to taking this out. DAIMYO (2) has held his good form for his new trainer and will be chasing a hat-trick of wins. He is up slightly in class and with the same weight to carry as last time, he can get the job done again. ANSWERING (7) has been racing consistently and another honest effort can be expected.
